SCRS Eagle Award Sponsor and CRO Finalists Announced
Hanover, MD September 10, 2020 – Today the Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS) announced the top seven sponsor and CRO finalists for the 2020 SCRS Eagle Award™, selected from companies nominated by SCRS members. The SCRS Eagle Award honors one sponsor and one CRO that exemplify a site-focused approach to clinical trial management.
The 2020 sponsor Eagle Award finalists: AbbVie, AstraZeneca, Lilly, Novo Nordisk, Pfizer, Regeneron, and Sanofi.
The 2020 CRO Eagle Award finalists: Covance, ICON plc, IQVIA, Parexel, PPD, PRA Health Sciences, and Syneos Health.
“This year, sponsors and CROs have partnered with sites through a sudden shift in how clinical trials are delivered to patients,” said SCRS COO Allyson Small. “These finalists have been recognized by the sites for their commitment to being site-focused under this added stress to their systems and capacities. Congratulations to each of them for this recognition.”
Voting is now open to all clinical research site professionals, regardless of membership status with SCRS. The opportunity to vote closes September 23rd. This year’s Global Site Solutions Summit innovative virtual format includes live virtual experience sessions, including the announcement of the Eagle Award winners on October 9th. The Site Solutions Summit agenda is presented in manageable segments that run from October 6 through October 22.
