Site Management Modules

Foundational Training

The Site Management Modules provide foundational training for clinical research professionals, covering key responsibilities related to Principal Investigator oversight and clinical trial operations in alignment with the ICH Guideline for Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Originally developed by a Site Qualification and Training (SQT) taskforce in 2015, these modules were designed to help clinical research site staff, especially those newer to the field, understand core clinical trial operations.

After their release, TransCelerate BioPharma partnered with SCRS to promote the modules. In 2020, ownership transitioned to SCRS, which continues to maintain and share them with the global research community.

Today, these modules remain freely available as an educational resource to support consistent training and operational excellence across clinical research sites.
