Clinical Research Billing was established in 2015 by Kristi Etchberger and MaryAnn Bowman after they had implemented a CTMS in a research site. They realized how challenging it was to implement but also how important a CTMS is for the site’s financial management. After that experience, they thought other sites might need the same support and launched Clinical Research Billing. The company has grown and now has team members who work in multiple Clinical Trial Management Systems for sites throughout the United States.
