FOMAT Medical Research Earns 2024 Excellence in Patient Centricity Award

October 8, 2024

October 9, 2024 — The Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS) is pleased to announce that FOMAT Medical Research has been named the recipient of the 2024 Excellence in Patient Centricity Award. Sponsored by Sanofi, this award celebrates a clinical research site that consistently prioritizes patient experience in its operations.

FOMAT Medical Research distinguished itself through its innovative approach to patient recruitment and engagement, utilizing advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Their AI-driven tools, including an immediate engagement platform and the virtual assistant “Lucy,” have transformed how they interact with study participants. Lucy ensures that no call goes unanswered, giving participants a sense of being heard and valued from their first contact. Additionally, FOMAT’s use of AI-powered voiceovers in social media ads simplifies complex clinical trial information, making it more accessible and appealing to diverse patient populations.
