The survey found 93% of sites rank financial transparency as a top system need. A complimentary copy of the white paper is available here. The white paper reports the results of the survey on site needs in areas of payment terms, access to financial information, invoicing practices, budget negotiation and ease of use of technology systems to aid in these requests.
