FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Ellicott City, MD, June 8, 2017 – The Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS) today announced that it is accepting submissions for its annual Site Patient Recruitment Innovation Award. The SPRIA, sponsored by Acurian, recognizes and honors highly successful patient enrollment initiatives. All sites are invited to submit their innovation recruitment plan for consideration.
Emphasis is placed on innovative patient-directed programs that are unique and effective and acknowledge the patient’s perspective on participation. Key elements include achieving or exceeding patient enrollment, study timelines, and budget goals.
An independent judging panel will select three finalists from the submissions. The finalists will present their plans to an audience of executives from sites, sponsors, and CROs during the 12th annual SCRS Global Site Solutions Summit, October 6-8, 2017 in Boca Raton, FL. The SPRIA™ winner will be announced at the conclusion of the 2017 Summit.
The Site Solutions Summit is three days of events uniquely focused on sites. Sites, sponsors, CRO executives, and regulators will be gathered to share best practices for site sustainability.
