SCRS Announces Submissions Open for Site Patient Enrollment Innovation Award (SPRIA™)
Ellicott City, MD, June 17, 2016 – The Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS), the global trade association fully dedicated to representing the interests and voice of clinical research sites, today announced that it is accepting submissions for its annual Site Patient Recruitment Innovation Award. The SPRIA, sponsored by Acurian, recognizes and honors highly successful patient enrollment initiatives. All sites are invited to submit their innovative recruitment plan for consideration.
Emphasis is placed on innovative patient-directed programs that are unique and effective and acknowledge the patient’s perspective on participation. Key elements include achieving or exceeding patient enrollment, study timelines and budget goals.
An independent judging panel will select three finalists from the submissions. The finalists will present their plans to an audience of executives from sites, sponsors, and CROs during the 11th annual SCRS Global Site Solutions Summit, October 13-16, 2016 in Boca Raton, FL. The SPRIA™ winner will be announced at the conclusion of the 2016 Summit.
The Site Solutions Summit is a four day event that has become “the sites’ meeting.” The Summit is a unique hub where sites, sponsors, CRO executives and regulators share best practices to increase site sustainability.
