FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Ellicott City, MD – September 11, 2015: The Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS), the global trade organization fully dedicated to representing the interests and voice of clinical research sites, today announced that Lilly will host a Site Partnership Symposium at the Global Site Solutions Summit in October. The symposium is scheduled for Thursday, October 8, from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
During the symposium Lilly will share insights with sites on their program portfolio, how potential protocol challenges can be identified; critically evaluate a study for resource consumption and patient burden; and their views on advocating for sites and patients. This exciting symposium will feature interactive dialogue between attending sites and the Lilly team.
The SCRS Site Partnership Symposium is a new program feature for the 2015 Global Site Solutions Summit, which will take place October 8-11, 2015, in Amelia Island, FL. The Symposium is an unprecedented format through which leading sponsors and CROs engage in high-level dialogue and directly interact with up to hundreds of site decision makers. The Symposium focuses on promoting knowledge and mobilizing insight into study pipeline opportunities and will be included as part of every site executive’s admission to the Global Summit.
SCRS President Christine Pierre said “Lilly has been a significant supporter of SCRS since its inception and we continue to appreciate their ongoing collaboration with SCRS on behalf of the site community. The symposium is yet another example of Lilly’s commitment to the sustainability of sites and the research community.
