SPONSOR AND CRO NOMINATIONS ANNOUNCED FOR ANNUAL SCRS EAGLE AWARD
Research sites begin voting today to choose the sponsor and CRO who exemplify the value of great site partnerships.
Rockville, MD, August 21, 2013: The Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS), the trade organization representing global clinical research sites, announced today the finalists for the 2013 SCRS Eagle Award. The SCRS Eagle Award finalists were selected from nominations provided by research sites attending the Site Solutions Summit. Qualifying nominees received a 75th percentile or higher of the votes cast for the Eagle Award. Voting is open until September 13, 2013. Eligible voting participants include any research professionals employed by a clinical research site.
The Eagle Awards recognize outstanding leadership, professionalism, integrity, passion and dedication to advancing the clinical research profession through a strong site partnership.
The 2013 sponsor nominees are: Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceutical, Coronado, Medtronic, Xoma US, Novartis, Pfizer, Eli Lilly & Company, and Forest Research Institute.
The 2013 CRO nominees are: ICON, Parexel, INC Research, Medpace and Quintiles.

Winners will be honored at the 2013 SCRS Eagle Award Gala on Saturday, October 12 in Amelia Island, Florida during the annual Site Solutions Summit.
