Mentorship Program

The power of community and mentorship is truly invaluable – we’ve seen firsthand how supporting one another can lead to incredible growth and success.

The SCRS Mentorship Program facilitates knowledge exchange, skills development, and collaboration among clinical research sites. As one of SCRS’ four pillars, mentorship allows clinical research site professionals to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

To ensure clarity and alignment with our goals, we want to emphasize the primary focus and guidelines of this program:

Objectives

  1. Provide tailored support to clinical research site professionals based on their professional goals.
  2. Enable the professional growth of site staff by providing guidance, training, and career development opportunities.
  3. Create a collaborative network for information sharing and professional growth among clinical research sites.

Our mentoring program is designed to support mentees in their professional journey, offering guidance, knowledge sharing, and skill enhancement.

This program is strictly intended for mentoring purposes and is not a platform for poaching talent or soliciting clinical trial work, business development opportunities, or job placements.
