Ellicott City, January 26, 2016 – The Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS), the global trade organization fully dedicated to representing the interests of clinical research sites, today announced a two-year relationship with Oracle, who provides integrated cloud application, platform services and engineered systems. Oracle will participate as a Global Impact Partner (GIP) and align with 33 other sponsors, CROs, and service providers dedicated to promoting high-level communication and meaningful collaboration between industry stakeholders and clinical research sites globally.
“We are excited to have a company like Oracle included in our Global Impact Partner program. They will bring a unique perspective to the table for both the sites and our other GIPs. Diversifying our GIPs adds bench strength to our organization which makes us stronger,” said Christine Pierre, president of SCRS.
As a Global Impact Partner (GIP), Oracle will participate on the SCRS Global Impact Board at an executive level, and work closely with SCRS’ Leadership Council to determine strategic initiatives for SCRS.
