ALIGN

Before launch, SCRS and the host organization align on the initiative’s purpose, objectives, success metrics, participant profile, title, and timeline.

RECRUIT

SCRS identifies and recruits the right site representatives, manages contracting, and supports participant selection in collaboration with the host organization.

FACILITATE

Meetings are guided by a structured agenda designed to drive challenge identification, collaborative problem-solving, and actionable outcomes.

REPORT

SCRS delivers session summaries, key insights, and recommendations after each session, followed by a final report at the end of the engagement.

SYNTHESIZE
