FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Trialcare President & CEO Hans Christian Hoeck Joins SCRS Leadership Council

Ellicott City, MD, May 8, 2019 – Today the Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS) announced that Hans Christian Hoeck, president and CEO of Trialcare Research, has joined the organization’s Leadership Council. In this role, Dr. Hoeck will join other members of the Leadership Council, which includes sites, sponsors, CROs and professional solution providers to help guide SCRS’ strategy to carry out their mission of unifying the voice of the global clinical research site community for greater site sustainability.

Based near Lucerne, Switzerland, Dr. Hoeck has a background in academia and worked as an endocrinologist for more than 15 years. He has played a key role in expanding the research practices of several organizations including a major global site management organization (SMO). In 2018 he founded Trialcare Research, an international academic research site. Dr. Hoeck’s experience in global engagement and business development will provide the SCRS Leadership Council with valuable guidance.

“Education increases the quality of all research sites, and this is something SCRS expertly delivers to its members,” said Dr. Hoeck. “I feel privileged and honored to have the opportunity to join the SCRS Leadership Council, and look forward to contributing to ongoing dialogue around important topics impacting site sustainability.”

“Dr. Hoeck has provided incredible support to SCRS as we expanded globally, and his insight has helped guide SCRS’ growth,” said SCRS president Casey Orvin. “We are excited to welcome Dr. Hoeck to the Leadership Council and look forward to working together to support the forward momentum of SCRS and the global site community.”
