Molly Downhour, MHA, BSN NEA-BC OCN has over 18 years of healthcare experience with specialization in oncology, research, and healthcare administration. As a former director of a leading phase I clinical trial site, she has proven ability to streamline processes resulting in improved efficiencies, financial gain, and employee and patient satisfaction. As a site director, Molly’s site was awarded ASCO’s Clinical Trial Participation Award and was designated as a Pancreatic Center of Excellence. Now Molly shares her experience and expertise with sites as a Medix Clinical Research Consultant.
Sandra Jovanovic leads the division within Medix responsible for developing, delivering and driving innovative strategies. She uses her previous experience from higher education and international marketing to develop programs and workforce solutions such as Medix Match® and Medix Intelligence℠ to better align the network of talent and clients Medix partners with.
